Nomfundo Zondi


Health Coach & Registered Dietitian
BSc Dietetics (UKZN) | Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition (UKZN)

Nomfundo Zondi is a Health Coach and Registered Dietitian with over nine years of experience in weight management, nutrition, and everyday wellness. She is registered with both the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) and the HCPC (UK).

Nomfundo has supported thousands of clients on their health journeys, specialising in GLP-1 weight loss management, nutrition through the lifecycle, and the treatment of a wide range of conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, kidney and liver disease, HIV/AIDS, cancer, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Her approach blends evidence-based coaching with practical, real-life strategies, empowering clients to feel confident, supported, and in control of their health. Beyond her clinical practice, Nomfundo has worked internationally, contributed as a health and wellness editor, and built community-focused nutrition initiatives.

Outside of coaching, she enjoys writing, exploring art galleries, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Jonica van der Merwe

Dietitian & Certified Personal Trainer

Jonica van der Merwe is a Registered Dietitian and certified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for helping people look and feel their best, inside and out. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and has completed extensive CPD training in clinical nutrition and communication.

With experience in both clinical dietetics and personal training, Jonica brings a unique blend of nutrition expertise and exercise science to her practice. She has guided individuals through weight management, chronic disease support, and lifestyle change, while also designing tailored fitness programs that align with her clients’ health goals.

Her approach focuses on practical, sustainable strategies that empower clients to build confidence, energy, and lasting habits. Having also undergone her own health and fitness journey, Jonica understands the challenges of change and uses evidence-based behaviour strategies to help clients achieve real, long-term results.
